Grapes:
The vineyards are organically cultivated, and the grapes are handpicked to ensure the highest quality. There are no cultivated yeast or any other additives such as sugars, flavors, preservatives, tartaric acid, or other chemicals. Additionally, this wine is unfiltered, preserving its natural character (may contain natural sediment). It is fermented and aged in Qvevri for up to 12 months, resulting in a unique flavor experience. No sulfites are added before or during fermentation. Only a minimal amount of sulfites is used during bottling, with a total sulfite content of less than 40 mg/l.
