tikawine.com uses the special bottle carriers from DPD. There is a specialized service provider and their services are specially designed for online ordering and delivery of drinks in fragile bottles.
Bottle packaging works with special packaging on which they guarantee that the wines are delivered undamaged. If a bottle is delivered damaged, we will provide a new bottle and refund the bottle package (we will need some proof such as a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging).
As a customer, you experience as little inconvenience as possible and that is the most important.
With Bottle Package we can deliver orders from 1 bottle to an unlimited number.
When filling in the address details, the form is automatically updated and the delivery costs are calculated. If you want to pick up your order, you can also do so in our store or another location. At the checkout, there is an instruction on how to fill in the form so that no delivery costs are charged.
Our storage is located in the Netherlands and we currently ship wines to 16 more EU countries that are: Belgium, Austria, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Estonia. Outside of NL delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Each package will have special in-transit insurance, that will assure accurate delivery and high quality of service.
If the wine is not in good condition or unexpectedly not good due to, for example, the "damaged cork in the bottle" taste, we will ensure that it is replaced. You can of course always choose to get your money back.
Make sure you put the cork back in the bottle immediately and contact us as soon as possible - we will then coordinate the settlement with you.
If you do not want certain products at home within 5 days of receipt of the order, you can return them to us. To do this, you must contact our customer service +3 16 27468794 who will explain the return process and the applicable conditions to you. Returns are only accepted if the original packaging and contents including the product label are undamaged. The costs for return shipment are for your account.
